The idea behind the project is to investigate the relationship between
registration (video, photographs, text) and performance.
There has always been a problematic relation between the two: what is the work, the act itself or the registration? If there is no public present, often the registration is the work that is shown in galleries and museums and also sold as a work of art. But now, with the democratic online channels, how can you use registration as an integral part of the conception and production process? What can this way of working achieve, but also, how does that change the status of the registration?
