Ohad Ben Shimon has been invited to contribute a response article to issue 131 of the leading contemporary art magazine in Ireland - Circa.

The theme of Issue 131 is Criticism and Criticality and is the first issue of the magazine that is solely and entirely online. Various artists, curators and theoreticians have been asked to comment on the developments in critical writing and art critisicm online.

Ohad Ben Shimon

Ohad Ben Shimon is an artist, researcher and educator with a background in cognitive sciences, psychology, cultural analysis, international business education and art. He is currently PhD candidate at the Research Institute for Cultural Inquiry (ICON) of the Faculty of Humanities at Utrecht University, Senior Lecturer of Critical Thinking/ Researcher of Change Management at The Hague University of Applied Sciences and Guest Resident Artist at The Rijksakademie van Beeldende Kunsten. His current PhD research focuses on the role of embodiment in knowledge-based organizations and is funded by the Dutch Research Council (NWO).
